HEALTHY RECIPES: DALGONA COFFEE

Serving size: 2

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons instant coffee (Nescafé or David off or any other make)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cane sugar (Or jaggery)
2 cups of milk (almond or coconut for dairy-free)

Prep:
Take 2 spoons of cane sugar, 2 spoons of coffee and 2 spoons of water in a bowl

Blend it using a blender from low to high for 5-7 minutes until it becomes the lightest shade of brown and super foamy

Take a tall glass and add chilled milk (add ice if you need) and top the glass with 2 scoops of the coffee foam (should look like ice cream)



You can take a spoon to stir it bit by bit and sip

*If you don’t have a blender, you can whisk it by hand for about 10 minutes but start with 1 spoon of water in that case and add the other spoon later once it’s semi-bubbly.
