Sitting for hours can be harmful to not only your body, but also to your mental state. Here's an easy at-home workout. 

Do each exercise for 1 minute, with 30 seconds of rest between each!⁣

Repeat the exercises 3-4 times depending on your level of intensity.

1. High knees jogging⁣
2. Globe squats ⁣
3. Diamond hop ⁣
4. V-lunge ⁣
5. Mountain climbers ⁣
