A HIIT workout that gets your heart pumping, involves compound movements (which takes care of your full body), burns a good amount of calories and helps tone muscle.
- 1 Minute per exercise (Video 1-Video 5)
- 3-5 rounds depending on intensity
- 30 seconds rest between each round
Video 1: Squat and roll the ball
Video 2: Push ups (can do these on knees if required)
Video 3: Legs and core movement
Video 4: Toe taps on ball
Video 5: Crunches
Video 6: Back and Arms stretch
