QUICK & EASY: 20 MINUTE FULL BODY PARTNER WORKOUT

Here's a full body partner workout, because working out with a friend is so much more fun!

A HIIT workout that gets your heart pumping, involves compound movements (which takes care of your full body), burns a good amount of calories and helps tone muscle.

  • 1 Minute per exercise (Video 1-Video 5)
  • 3-5 rounds depending on intensity
  • 30 seconds rest between each round

Video 1: Squat and roll the ball

Video 2: Push ups (can do these on knees if required)

Video 4: Toe taps on ball
