- Refunds are done via the same issuing bank through which the product was purchased. For COD transactions, the user will receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details in writing). Estimated amount of time frame in which a customer will be credited the refund is 10 days depending on the card issued or the bank.
- For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
- Transfer of payment is only done once the items reach the warehouse, which take between 7-10 business days.
